August 17, 2017

Bangor, Maine (WABI) The Maine Mini Golf Masters are inviting you to their sixth annual charity event This Sunday, August 20th. The Goal for the Mini Golf Masters is to stimulate community growth and lend a helping hand to their fellow community members. They would like to raise as much funds as they can to help a family in need. The Maine Mini Golf Masters began six years ago as a bet between friends. These friends golfed 100+ holes of mini golf on a Sunday in 2012. From there, the Masters have snowballed into an annual tournament. This event is an all day event, and the tournament covers several different mini golf courses; Pirates Cove in Bar Harbor, Traditions in Holden, and Blackbeard's in Bangor. It is $20 per person to play golf. Your best bet is to bring cash.
